An article devoted to the study of main points use manipulations mass consciousness for purpose information and psychological impact in wars. Manipulation is viewed as a latent influence, which addressee against his own will, performs actions necessary manipulator. One tasks war manipulate public opinion. The object information-psychological influence human consciousness, therefore weapons are very dangerous, since they affect functioning development society, psyche behavior population.
